At Father Gabriel Richard High School, we seek families who embrace our mission of forming students academically, spiritually, creatively, and athletically, and desire a strong liberal arts foundation as they pursue excellence for the Glory of God, regardless of their ability to pay. The FGR Board of Trustees reviews tuition costs annually.

Tuition Assistance

It is our goal to make an FGR education available to all well-qualified students who seek it. Through the generosity of parents, alumni, and friends of FGR, we are able to provide more than $900,000 in tuition assistance and scholarships each year. Approximately 25% of FGR students receive some amount of assistance. Financial aid is awarded based upon information provided through the application process.  If you wish to apply for financial aid, please complete the online financial aid application through FACTS, available here after December 1. Financial aid applications are due by early February each year.

Academic Scholarship Offerings

Along with their overall application, High School Placement Test scores are used to award academic scholarships to incoming freshmen. Scholarship awards will range from $1,500 to $5,000 and will be renewable each year provided that the student maintains a GPA of 3.7 or higher.

Specific academic scholarships are offered based upon High School Placement Test Scores:

• Score of 99: $5,000
• Score of 95-98: $3,000
• Score of 90-94: $1,500

Financial Information

Tuition

Tuition for the 2025 – 2026 school year is $14,300.

Registration and Fees – Non-refundable

• $600 registration fee. Includes registration, student activities, and materials.
• $1,200 fundraising fee per family. This fee is fully refundable through participation in Stadium Cleanup. It will appear on family tuition agreements, but is not assessed until January each school year.
• $350 ASC fee. Assessed for students accessing the Academic Support Center (pending acceptance to the program.)
• $125 senior fee. Includes graduation events and composite photo.
• Additional costs for books and uniforms.

All tuition and fee payments are processed through your online FACTS account. This online account will be established as part of your online registration for enrollment.

Payment Plans

FGR offers three tuition payment options:

• One lump-sum payment: due in July;
• Four equal payments: due in July, October, January, & April (finance charge applies);
• Ten equal payments: due every month July-April (finance charge applies).

International Students

Father Gabriel Richard High School welcomes qualified students from across the globe. Tuition for international students is set at $18,000 per year to cover additional administrative costs.
