Celebrating Outstanding AP Student Achievement in 2026
Father Gabriel Richard High School students once again performed exceptionally well on AP exams. The 2026 Advanced Placement (AP) exam results reflect the dedication of our students, the expertise of our teachers, and our school’s commitment to providing academic excellence in an authentic Catholic community.
This year, students earned an impressive 87.2% overall AP pass rate, with 252 of 289 exams receiving a qualifying score of 3 or higher. Across multiple disciplines, our students demonstrated exceptional achievement and a strong commitment to challenging themselves through college-level coursework.
Several AP programs delivered truly outstanding results. Collectively, Chemistry, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Precalculus, Spanish Language and Culture, and 2-D Art and Design achieved an exceptional 97.3% weighted pass rate across 113 AP exams, showcasing the strength of these programs and the remarkable accomplishments of our students.
Among this year’s highlights:
- Chemistry earned a 100% pass rate, with all 23 students achieving qualifying scores.
- Students in 2-D Art and Design, Calculus BC, Calculus BC: AB Subscore, and Spanish Language and Culture also achieved 100% pass rates, demonstrating excellence across the arts, mathematics, and world languages.
- Precalculus continued its outstanding success, with 48 of 49 students earning qualifying scores for a 98% pass rate.
- Calculus AB students achieved a 94% pass rate, with 29 of 31 students successfully earning qualifying scores.
These results reflect more than impressive statistics—they showcase FGR students’ commitment to intellectual curiosity and tenacity, as well as developing as whole people through the arts and culture.
These scores are indicate that the deep care and dedication our educators have for our students is helping them pursue excellence, develop their gifts and talents, and prepare for college, for life, and for eternal life.
